The building is SKA rated, so careful consideration was taken in every aspect of its design to make sure all products used were sustainably sourced. Our lighting design team maximised the use of natural light and multi aspect views across Covent Garden, harvesting as much daylight as possible. All task lighting was filled with daylight sensors and zonal PIR’s to avoid unnecessary energy wastage. The result is a space that flawlessly blends efficient use of space, impeccable design and functionality.
