In the heart of Leamington Spa is an innovative renovation project that has created an impressive and extensive mixed office/studio development.

Vibrant, inspiring spaces are created using Hacel luminaires including Infinitas, Solex, Micro, and the centrepiece, Explora Halo.

Hacel worked closely with McCarthys, the design leader for the project, to provide the solution to the design vision for the fitout.

One of the major requirements in the project was that the lighting design had to work around the M&E demands. Solid construction of ceilings and extensive environmental controls meant that all the luminaires were to be surface or pendant fittings.

Smart Bluetooth control throughout the lighting scheme ensures that the spaces can be used flexibly for years to come, and with high-efficiency Hacel luminaires, the running costs will be kept to a minimum.
